Rishi Pothabatula

Rishi likes going to school and enjoys playing with the other children.

Rishi lost both parents at a young age. His father died of cancer, and his mother also passed away, although it is unknown where and under what circumstances. Left alone, Rishi resorted to begging for food. An aunt tried to help him as best she could by occasionally giving him food and clothing, but due to her own difficult circumstances, she was eventually unable to continue. As a result, Rishi became severely malnourished.

Out of great concern, his aunt brought him to the orphanage and asked if they would take care of him, as she feared otherwise things would end badly for him. Since then, Rishi has been lovingly cared for, is well-nourished, receives adequate care and education, and has visibly grown stronger.

Thanks to this safe environment, Rishi can now go to school every day and build a hopeful future step by step.
