The winters in Kosovo and Northern Albania are often bitterly cold, with temperatures of -20°C or colder. Due to high unemployment and inadequate facilities, many families cannot afford firewood.

With your support, we can provide vulnerable families with heating and food preparation. An average family uses approximately 1 cubic meter of wood per month, at a cost of ± €60.
