With gratitude and wonder, we look back on the creation of Project Hero Foundation. From a deep desire to assist orphans, widows and other vulnerable groups at home and abroad, this foundation was established. Our foundation lies in the Word of God, guided by James 1:27: "Pure and undefiled religion before God the Father is: to look after orphans and widows in their tribulation..."
These bylaws establish the foundation's foundations, goals and structure. They provide clarity and direction for the work we do and for the way in which we as directors carry out our responsibilities. In doing so, transparency, integrity and public benefit are paramount.
We hope that these bylaws not only provide formal guidance, but also reflect the vision and heart with which we want to work as the Project Hero Foundation: in obedience to God, with compassion for our fellow man, and with faith in a hopeful future.
