The Fisherman Home was set up by *Ramesh an evangelist with a huge passion for the underprivileged in society. Fisherman Home is located in a small village along the coast where families live far away from society. The men go fishing during the day and at night to create an income for the family.
The catch is often very little and with costs for the boats and nets that break regularly, it is very difficult to keep your head above water. *Ramesh and his team help these families with education in sustainable boat and net care so that not all profits go to maintenance. In addition, education is provided for the children so that the next generation is literate and has a better chance of a job and a better future.
