Look, I am making everything new! Revelation 21:5
Dear reader,
We are proud to share great news: the renewed website of the Project Held Foundation is live!
In recent years, a lot has changed within the Project Held Foundation. Where our mission started with child sponsorship, we have now grown into an organization that brings hope and a future in many more ways. That growth required a website that better shows who we are, what we do, and how you can help. That is why we have completely renewed our website. The result? A platform that has become more user-friendly, clearer, and more inspiring.

🌍Discover our projects

On the new website, you can now see much better which projects we support worldwide and which concrete actions are involved. For example, we are committed to:
β€’ People with leprosy in India, who live in a leprosy colony. We have committed ourselves to supporting this community more intensively and structurally.
β€’ Educational projects in Kenya, where we help build classrooms so that more children from the area can go to school.
And this is just a selection of our activities. Discover more on our campaign page.

For each project, you will not only find current actions where you can help but also children who are still looking for a sponsor within that project.

Your impact made visible

New on our website, we will regularly share testimonials and personal stories from children on the homepage. Stories that show what your involvement and support truly mean. Because behind every sponsorship, every gift, and every action is a life that changes. Through these stories, we hope to give you a deeper glimpse into the impact you can make.

In the spotlight: a child still looking for a sponsor

Of course, all children without a sponsor can also be found on the renewed website! Behind every sponsored child lies a unique story, a dream, and a future full of possibilities.

This month, we would like to draw attention to SimeΓ£o. SimeΓ£o is 8 years old and lives in Mozambique. SimeΓ£o recently came to live at the center with Corrie Ockhuyzen. He and his sister VitΓ³ria lived in a small hut without adult care. VitΓ³ria cooked with whatever she could find, and SimeΓ£o tried to find something edible in the neighborhood.

A neighbor visits them occasionally. They are so happy to have now been accepted into the center, which feels like a family, where they receive enough food and can go to school. Perhaps you are the one who can make a difference in SimeΓ£o's life.
View the story on our website and discover how you can become a sponsor.

Simeon Victorina

SimeΓ£o is a beautiful little boy looking forward to a bright future. He is happy to be with us, along with his older sister Vitoria (10). We hope SimeΓ£o will be well taken care of with us and come to know God as his Eternal Father. SimeΓ£o's father passed away, and the mother left with a younger sibling.

Beautiful gifts for our projects

In our webshop, you'll find special gifts that can make an immediate impact. Think of food packages, hygiene packages, solar panels, or even a goat for a family that desperately needs it.
With a cow, a school desk, or a well, you give more than help; you give hope. Every gesture sets something in motion.
We are very proud of the end result and cordially invite you to take a look around at: www.projectheld.nl
Kind regards, Viviane and Tine
