Childrens Easter celebration in Kenya

In the children's center Hope4Hope Easter is celebrated extensively. It was a great celebration for the children who live in the children's center but also for the many children from the area. A wonderful day where all children could enjoy a delicious meal abundantly and therefore go to bed without hunger. It was a day full of games, cake, lemonade and a hot meal.

So nice to see that children from outside the children's center could also participate and in this way could hear the Easter message and receive love from the team. all children in our children's homes all around the world have been able to celebrate Easter in their own unique way. Evangelism in slums in India

The children in India celebrated the entry of Jesus into Jerusalem on Palm Sunday by walking in the streets in procession, singing with a palm branch in their hands, here a nice video of the parade.

|
|
In addition to taking care of many children, the team in India is very active in the slums. They try to visit at least 1 slum a week to share the gospel and meals. They hand out Bibles in their own language. Many people can't read so they will soon go there again and show a film about the life of Jesus. At the moment there are still hundreds of unreached slums, this beautiful team wants to spread the Love of Jesus in these places.

Last month a tricycle was donated via our webshop, we are very happy with this! With this precious gift we can make someone happy again who cannot move himself/herself due to his/her disability. Often they slide a bit on the ground, they have a very hard life.

In our previous newsletter you could read that the school costs have increased so much that 10 children at Hope4Hope could not go to secondary education because there was no money for it. Project Held has stood up for these children and the majority can now go to school, as you understand there is great joy among these children.
