Walking or cycling for a student
As you may have read in a previous newsletter from us, we have set up a campaign together with the Nofam foundation to enable the students of our projects to complete their studies. Too often, students have to stop their studies prematurely because there is insufficient sponsorship. We find this unacceptable and have come up with the following.
Through the website www.samenvoormorgen.nl (united for tomorrow) you can find two activities that we organize in which you as a participant will have an unforgettable trip and also help in the needs among students. You can read the newsletter via the link below for more information.

Project Held visits...
We believe it is essential to visit our projects regularly. This strengthens the relationship and facilitates cooperation. During such a visit we support the project leaders and the project and we do something extra for the children. There is also social control over the ins and outs of the project. The request from one of our sponsors to visit Mozambique and South Africa together was a blessing for both sides. Read the report of this trip below by clicking on the article below.👇

No sooner said than done. June 14th was the day. A more than 2-week trip was on the program. After a tiring but successful flight we arrived in Johannesburg.

Our vision to bridge poverty and self-reliance means that people will ultimately be less dependent on third parties. This also means that they experience that they are not alone and that we stand side by side with these children and the elderly. We are looking forward to the new year with great courage! What could be more beautiful…

New school season
The new school season will start again in a month for many of our projects. One of our projects in Kenya has a special school available and has the dream of offering education to children who cannot go to school. Some of the children are sponsored by Project Held and can participate in this school, but it is also the wish to give children who do not have a sponsor this opportunity.
One of the challenges is to provide the school with school desks. 2 children can sit behind 1 school desk. A classroom with 30 desks therefore provides room for 60 children. Will you help us achieve this for the new season? Click on the link to the webshop below and see the beautiful video of Reggie, the project leader and visionary of this project. Thank you in advance!

Hope4hope, one of our projects in Kenya, miraculously has a school building at its disposal. Children from the neighborhood who cannot go to school can still receive education! In addition to the building, they obviously need much more to start the school. Click here to view media.
