He now lives in a safe environment where he gets the care he needs, eats well and can go to school.<\/p>\n<p>David was born with HIV and has had many health problems in the past. His mother is deceased and his father is unknown, so he first lived with his grandmother. For his age, he is small and has hearing problems, for which he receives medical care.<\/p>\n<p>David is learning Portuguese to better express himself and is now in the fifth grade of elementary school, where he gets good results. He is quiet by nature and very helpful. He was recently baptized and is looking forward to visiting his grandmother again during the summer vacations. <\/p>\n<p>David does not yet know exactly what he wants to be later, but he is happy that he now has a safe place and the opportunity to learn and grow up.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>David is een lieve jongen die houdt van voetballen en puzzels maken.
