After a difficult start in life, in which he lost his mother and experienced health problems, he now lives in a safe and loving environment where he receives the care he needs. Despite his health challenges, David is doing well at school. David was born with HIV and has had many health problems in the past. For his age, he is small and has hearing problems, for which he receives medical care.
