Zeca is a calm boy. He came to the center with his older brother Milton. The boys have been abandoned, first by the mother and later also by the father. They took care of themselves for years and slept in a dilapidated house belonging to the father. One day Miltons walked to his father's work. But after hours and hours of walking things came to nothing. Zeca and Milton ate what they “found” in the vegetable garden of others. Recently, a woman from the neighborhood has taken some care of them. Because she did not really have the opportunity to help them further, she called in social work. The children were picked up about 30 km from the center through bumpy dirt roads and puddles that were far too deep. Much poverty on the way and dilapidated houses made of clay. Zeca is happy to be at the center. We pray for a good future for the two brothers.

We deliberately do not have a CBF quality mark. However, we do meet a number of important conditions of this quality mark. One of the reasons that we do not have this quality mark is the costs that are charged for this; this would significantly increase our overhead costs. We prefer to spend this money on the projects we support.
